The Square/Rectangle Cut is the default option and the most commonly chosen among customers, with 90degree pointed angles.

The Rounded Cut has the same right angles as the Square/Rectangle Cut but with smooth rounded corners at a radius of 1/4in-1/2in.

The Outline Cut allows you to design your board in any shape you desire and we will cut it exactly as per your design. Please note that if your design includes two separate pieces, you should order two separate boards. If the two pieces are part of the same design, they will be connected to each other.

The Overline Cut is similar to the Outline Cut but with an additional 1/4in-1/2in border in the original color of the material you have selected. Please keep in mind that the border thickness will be included in the board’s overall dimensions and will not be added to the original size you chose. If you want custom borders or different color options, you should add them to your design and opt for the Outline Cut.

Corex signs offer different options for installation due to their lightweight nature. Here are a few installation variations offered by Falcon Signs:

1. Direct Mounting: You can use command strips to mount the board directly to any smooth surface, including walls. These strips are strong enough to support the weight of the material and can hold up to 12 lbs. They also don’t leave any residue when removed.

2. Free Standing: If you want to display your product on a flat surface, you can use easel backs. Falcon Signs offers various sizes of easel backs to match your requirements.

3. Hanging: You can use zip ties, suction cups with hooks, or ropes to hang your custom Corex signs.

4. Drilled Holes: If you need holes in your board for certain mounting options, you can select the pre-drilled holes option in Falcon Signs’ tool. Just make sure that no important data or design elements will be cut out from the Corex printing.
