Square or Rectangle: Featuring 90-degree angles and pointed corners.

Rounded: Boasting 90-degree angles with a subtle curvature on the corners, ranging from 1/4″ to 1/2″ in radius.

Outline: Cut in any custom shape you desire.

Overline: Cut in a custom shape and framed with an additional non-printed border of frosted acrylic.

Printing of Frosted Acrylic Signs

Just like regular acrylic signs, frosted acrylic signs can be printed in full color. Your design is printed directly onto the front surface of the material. While the printed area loses its etched effect, the rest of the sign maintains its frosted appearance, creating a stylish contrast between the two textures.

Material of Frosted Acrylic Signs

We utilize clear acrylic with a surface that has been etched on one side to create the frosted effect. This obscures the view through the material while still allowing for light transmission.

When ordering your frosted acrylic sign, you have two material thickness options to choose from: 1/8″ (0.125″) or 1/4″ (0.25″). Even with the 1/8″ thickness, large signs remain durable, but you have the flexibility to select the thickness that best suits your needs.

To give your frosted acrylic sign a professional look, we provide silver and gold standoff mounting options. These metal standoffs are visible and add a stylish touch to your sign. You can choose from two sizes of standoffs – 1/2″ (0.5″) – and opt for drilled holes if necessary.
